Keith Leach does all of your paperwork, and Donnie McMillen is the sales manager. They gave me top dollar for my trade and got me in the Maverick I wanted in less than a day. I will be back.

Sales staff was wonderful. Jonathan Gilbert was helpful and professional. As we went for a test drive in the Kia another salesman approached me to let me know the car was scheduled to be serviced for a strut. We drove the car regardless and liked it. The car was then repaired with the strut that was already on site. However, after the repair the backup suddenly and unexpectedly went out. Jonathan kept me informed as to the replacement of the camera and I was able to pick up the car within the week. Thanks for great service. This is the third car our family has bought from Toothman and there should be a fourth in the near furture.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled mine a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! No wonder everyone trades in their used vehicle for a brand new Ford! Thanks everyone!

What a great group of people JR has working for him. Process was easy, smooth flowing from start to finish and wasn't drawn out over the day. Everywhere was having bank computer issues. The Toothman Ford crew was still able to work around it and get what I was asking for in the terms of a monthly payment and found a lender willing to take the loan on. I highly recommend seeing Drew or any of the sales personnel. They are top notch and do their best to work with you and for you during your vehicle buying experience.

This place was amazing!!!! Tyler Stevens jumped in and helped us and we were done in about an hour without out any complications! This car lot is so attentive and everyone is so nice. They asked us if we needed water, kept everyone up to date and were quick to provide for everyone. Also the office building smelled amazing. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for our soon to be first time driver, and Tyler Stevens was phenomenal to work with. We have bought several cars from various dealerships, and I have never had such a quick and smooth transaction. I went in at 9 AM, took our new Bronco on a test drive, started the paperwork, and was out of there by 10:30. They filled up our gas tank and detailed the car before we left. The transparency of the sale was refreshing, and Tyler was absolutely wonderful to do business with. We plan to purchase many more cars with Toothman Ford.

Helpful, courteous, I drove 3 hours to purchase from this dealership. Due to good online reviews. Variety of cars and fair pricing. No sales pressure to buy a certain vehicle. I was pre approved for financing. Told them which vehicles I was interested in. Test drove them. Picked the one I wanted and purchased it. They did recommend their extended warranty partner over businesses you would find online. Appears to be a good bumper to bumper/power train/ road side assistance/tow/rental extended warranty with a $100 deductible. Also loved that I didn’t have to go to the DMV. They did the paperwork n etc. Got a reg plate n tag. Title n registration card is in the mail. Only complaint I have was I didn’t get copies of some things I signed (car fax, dealer sticker with dealer warranty. But that was partially my fault as they offered to do it but I forgot to ask for the copies. But a phone call should remedy that.

It was a great experience and everyone was friendly and not trying to be pushy or take advantage of you like some dealerships . Our sales person was Dalton and he awesome , and would definitely recommend anyone to go to him . He was very knowledgeable and not just trying to sell a car and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

The friendly people at Toothman Ford are without a doubt the most professional, helpful, personable people that I have ever met. I would and already have been happy to highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Absolutely the best experience in buying a car I have ever had. Great car buying experience. I live on the opposite side of the country so everything was done remotely. The sales staff and management stayed in constant communication until the deal was completed and were great about answering my questions. Oh, and the price was great! I highly recommend Toothman Ford.

Toothman Ford in Grafton is absolutely amazing. I was in a rough situation and they were nothing short of understanding, helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything. Go to Toothman Ford and look um up Tyler and Keith tell um I guy from Indiana said you are the two to see bout buy'n a vehicle! Thanks again to everyone there at Toothman Ford.
